At Xprint, we pride ourselves on the quality and uniqueness of our 3D printed gadgets. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product you have purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Returnable Items

Items can be returned within 7 days of the receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

• Customized or personalized 3D printed gadgets.
• Sale items or products purchased during a promotional event.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Process for Returns

Contact Us: Before sending the item back, please contact us at Xprint.israel@gmail.com.
We will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned items.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Xprint.israel@gmail.com and send your item to the address provided after our communication.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
